For seeking admission to any course in SWAMI VIVEKANAND INSTITUTE the candidate has to fill and application from givin in the prescribed format and paste the photo in the required field . The candidate will have to ensure that all the information provided is correct . also the student has to fill in the field meant for admit cad an internship form and pay the requisite fee by cash , Demand Draf or by online payment. Not : Cheques will not be be accepted at any till and failing to honour this will result in cancellation for admission and return of aplicatio form.

General Condition for Admission :
A student seeking admissiion to any course in SWAMI VIVEKANAND INSTITUTE will be eligible for admission to that course only if he/She:

1. Has been studing in a school recognised by or affilated to this board or any other recognised board of Secondary Education in India .
2. Has passed qualifying or equivalent qualifying examination making him eligible for admission to that course .
3. Satiisfies the requirements of age limits ( minimum to maximum ) as determined by the state / U.T. government and applicable to the place where the institution is Located .

Produces :
The school leaving certificate / Transfer Certificate signed by head of the Institution last attendend and countersigned . Documents in support of his having passed the qualifying or euivalent aquivalent examination and date of Birth certificate issued by the Registrar of Birth and Deaths , where-ever existing , as proof of date of birth . Pays the required fee in full without and dues.

Regular Mode Examination : Student who would like to attend classes in regular mode and attend practical class can join the vocational programme in regular mode . The classes will be conducted systematically by expert faculties. Who have several year of experience . 75% attendance is required to attend exams .

Eligibility : Student who have passed Secondary and Senior Secondary Standard as may be required will be strictly followed for Regular admissions . Student who have not passed Secondary and Senior Secondary Standard as the condition may be will not be considered for admission to regular vocational programme .

Examination Procedure : The Examination will be conducted systematically in written format invigilators will inspect the examination hell . practical examination will be conducted as per council norms . An assignment submission and viva voce examination will be conducted to test the subject knowledge of the student throught Qualified Experts. For assignment and viva voce separated marks will be allotted . At the end of the programme a project works needs to be submitted illustrating the scope of her/his subject . Again marks will be allotted for project work . Students who do not appear for all examinations will be marked absent . Result will be announced in 30-45 days from the date of completion of examination Certificates will be awarded for the students who pass the exams in regular mode.
